- 1. What is experience design?
Experience design orchestrates the touchpoints between people and brands, capitalising on the ideas, emotions and memories that these moments create.
Much like making a new friend, every person, participant, audience member or customer experiences a sense of discovery, followed
by growing familiarity as a relationship develops based on trust.
Experience design makes this journey unique in nature to each and every person, participant or member of your target audience.
Modern marketing constantly bombards us with information but it is experience, rather than words, that drives human behaviour. We remember far more of what we do than what we're told. We learn from experience and retain that knowledge. ‘Don’t tell me, show me!’
- 2. How does experience design add value to your business?

The name ‘e2’ stands for experience design across two disciplines: brand and spatial.
Our projects cover the full spectrum of tangibles and intangibles that define an experience, whether physical or virtual. With strategic thinking underlying everything we do, we capitalise on your assets and help tell the story of your brand in an authentic and compelling way.
- 4. What clients have we worked with?
We've been lucky enough to work with a large and diverse range of clients. These include: fashion retailers Marcs, Crossroads and Tarocash, retail clients such as OPSM, Virgin Mobile, BCU, Vodafone, Optus and Commonwealth Bank, ultimate luxury brands like Herman Miller and Naked, consumer brands including Sony, VB and Crestell, as well
as corporate clients such as BT Financial Group, Qantas, AMP and Westfield. We've created unique and engaging journeys for each
of their audience members, whether customer or employee.

Yes, we do. We often work with advertising and digital agencies, production companies, constructors and other executional houses
to help bring brands to life through a holistic experience. We're happy and accustomed to offer complementary skill sets to existing campaigns, or deliver a complete design solution from start to finish in-house.

Our team has a diverse set of skills and we collaborate on each and every project to deliver highly innovative and effective experience designs for our clients.
Our talents are myriad and our team’s background includes: Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design Management, Project Management, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Strategy, Production and Marketing.
Combined, the e2 team has over 100 years’ experience.
Additionally, we are Greenstar accredited and have a thorough knowledge of the Building Codes of Australia and Australian Standards amongst
a wide range of statutory requirements.
Lastly, we pride ourselves on producing the very best presentation
and construction drawings. Beginning with an old-fashioned pencil,
we believe in the ‘art’ of experience design. We believe that an unique human experience is built on an unique ‘human’ creation and this can only begin with man, not machine.
All of our concepts begin with hand-drawn sketches that paint a story-telling picture and form the foundation on which we build the best solution to meet your business objectives.
